As Regular at the Victoria Hotel, we were delighted to hear Bar manager Kim is running the 2020 London Marathon. Taking part, the event will raise funds in aid of John Van Geest cancer research at NTU. This was a cause close to the Landlord Neil Kelso, who sadly passed away from cancer earlier this year.

John Van Geest Cancer Research

John Van Geest Cancer research is based and Nottingham Trent University. They undertake ground breaking research to help fight the disease.

They have identified markers that help identify Prostate cancer and also tests that help identify the right Chemotherapy for the treatment of Breast Cancer.
